Everyone is sick this week …

Last Thursday saw “the Features” at the Dame. We devised an elaborate scheme to shave the lead singers hair … which of course failed misserably, as most of our elaborate schemes tend to do.

On Friday, my folks called me and let me know they were sponsoring a group of Ecuadorian students for a couple days. Never passing up a chance to practice my nonexistant Spanish, I dropped into Etown for the weekend. Of course I gave them many opportunities to make fun of my terrible grammar.

I’ve started to restyle my blog. As you can see I’m using my great icon from Iconize Me, which makes me feel like a character in Cool World. I’m also using a modified version of Andy Lo A Foe’s port of the MT orange theme (to Typo, of course).

Userscripts.org is getting ~5,000 requests/hour, which is more than I expected for a niche site. That translates to about 30gig transfer/mo (almost all text!).

What I’d like to get in next is script “favorites” on a side pane, with one click installation on any computer you sit down at. This will require patching Greasemonkey to accept batch installs via something like an Atom feed. Cool stuff.
